This has been a very busy weekend in Madrid. The contemporary art fairs and the fashion week opened their doors at the same time, so I had to make room to fit all that in a few days, but it really has worth it.
The art fairs where full of very interesting and amazing pieces from the national and international galleries.
-ARCO:
ARCO is the most popular art fair in Madrid. It is amazingly huge, and showed a very big collection of art, inviting some galleries from the city of Los Angeles.
It was great. Not as big as ARCO, but a very select collection of young artist and well known Spanish artists.
This is a new art fair in Madrid, showed at el Matadero. It really surprised me. It was the perfect place for this kind of fair.
